You will apply your technical skills to find the balance between enabling and securing the client's organization with the cognitive solutions that are making IBM the fastest growing enterprise security business in the world.Your Role and Responsibilities**The Delivery Partner Executive (DPE) will be responsible for the overall infrastructure service delivery of the client, who is one of the prestigious Retail accounts. The incumbent will partner with other Client Partner Executives and DPEs who are responsible for different business units and geographies of this global client to yield the best business outcome.**+ Develops an understanding about the strategic direction of the client in relation to the business units assigned and be accountable for the P&L of the assigned business units of the account+ Participates and supports the technical service delivery account plan and collaborates with the Client Partner Executive in strategic account planning+ Understands client requirements and assists in setting program objectives+ Leverages on IBM resources to identify business opportunities with the client to maximize profit+ Be familiar with operational support requirements, service level objectives, measurement tracking, and accurately report all of these status to management level+ Performs service delivery crisis management, maintains an audit-ready posture and meets all business control requirements regarding the account's delivery standards+ Understands IBM's delivery strategy and translate and can translate into actions to improve delivery quality to the client+ 8*5 daily onsite management at client site with 24*7 on call to process urgent situation with remote support from IBM command center.**Expected skills and experience**+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent+ At least 10 years of experience in complex account infrastructure delivery and strategic outsourcing experience+ Proven experience in delivery large infrastructure projects end-to-end+ Technically aware and able to manage complex outsourcing/ Managed Service type jobs+ Professional qualifications/experience (PMI/PMP and ITIL) and management certifications to IBM WW PMM level or equivalent (Prince 2, etc) preferred+ Highly adaptable to a matrix organizational environment, with good negotiation and communication skills+ Security background is preferred, also Firewall / Proxy / Email security / Prevent DDoS / DNS ( Cisco Umbrella ) / Privilege Management (Thycotic secret server ) will be plus for this role.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseSee job descriptionPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseSee job descriptionAbout Business UnitIBM has a global presence, operating in more than 175 countries with a broad-based geographic distribution of revenue.
