If you're ready to bring insights and experience in areas such as IoT, Blockchain and digital transformation, we are ready to offer you a best in class career development.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe main responsibilities for this role are to:+ Manage a network lab environment including facilities, architectures, personnel and budget+ Collaborate with third parties suppliers to pre-integrate and pre-test telco network cloud solutions; to develop use cases in the lab environment+ Build and demonstrate client POCs+ Develop artefacts and accelerators for the network cloud solution and offerThis person will work with multiple teams within IBM. The person will:+ Collaborate with the Network Cloud offer team and CTO community to define telco network cloud solutions and use cases that will be built in the lab+ Collaborate with RedHat, Hybrid Cloud and GTS (newco in future) on development of telco network cloud solutions+ Partner with the Alliance Manager to collaborate with third party partner organizations on development of telco network cloud solutions in the labRequired Technical and Professional Expertise+ 5-12 years of experience in running a network lab, in the telecommunication industry, with a focus on network technologies and related operational support systems+ Deep knowledge of one or more network domains including network core, RAN, O-RAN, edge, orchestration, and assurance.+ Familiar with relevant industry standards such as 3GPP, ETSI and ORAN+ Exceptional communication skills, especially written+ Ability to build rapport, create connections, and drive engagement with partners+ Background in network engineering+ Experienced in solutioning of network architecturesPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ Industry certifications such as TMForum certification in eTOM or ETSI certification in ETSI NFV architectureNAAbout Business UnitIBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
