IntroductionIBM Security is looking for Security Consultant to join our Europe Center of Competence within the Security Intelligence & Operations Consulting practice.This is a multi-country posting- the postholder can be located in Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Ireland, France or UK.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWorking on challenging OT projects in the industry , as one of the top consultants focussing on OT projects and engagements. Progression is outlined clearly, as the team grows your responsibilities will mirror this expansion.Role Responsibilities:+ Conduct regular OT assessments across critical national infrastructure+ Design and act as an Architect on complex enterprise systems+ Provide risk mitigations and recommendations to industrial clients on OT systems and Controls+ Provide OT Cyber Security solutions such as Network Intrusion Detection, Endpoint Security Measures, Anti-Malware, Anti-Virus and Remote Access Controls+ Provide Technical deployment, configuration and integration of OT Security technologies within Industrial Control Networks+ Lease with Sales and Presales teams to establish the best solutions clientsRole Requirements:+ 5 years' experience working in the OT Cyber Security environment+ Experience dealing with clients in a range of industry sectors+ Display the ability to develop roadmaps to execute specific improvements to Network and System defences+ Ability to conduct high level OT Security assessments+ Demonstrated hands on ability in SCADA, PLC Configurations and design application software of industrial systems+ Understanding of how to protect Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Information Technology systems.+ ISA Certified preferred+ Country/Region : BeNeLux. Germany, Ireland, UK, France, Germany, PolandPractice:+ Provide European practice leadership by facilitating a community of like minded practitioners to share and exchange ideas for practice growth and improvement+ Contribute content/SME and advice to the offering development process * Successfully resolve problems at executive levels * Help shape the emerging model of the Global Security practicePeople :+ Help establish capability and skills models for the core domain+ Become a role model for global practitioners in the core domain+ Ability to speak and influence decisionsRequired Technical and Professional Expertise+ At least 10 years' experience in management consulting and/or systems integration+ At least 8 years' experience working in projects related to the core domain - General ICS Security, Smart Grid, Smart Metering, E&U, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, SCADA System Security, IT/-OT convergence and GRC, Infrastructure security, network security, SOC/SIEM Conversant with IEC 62443 and NIST 800-82 framework assessments.+ At least 3 years' experience in working across diverse teams to facilitate solutions+ At least 3 years' experience in working with security consulting teams+ Readiness to travel 75% travel annually+ English: FluentPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ At least 5 years' experience in working with security consulting teams+ At least 3 years' experience in working in international deployment roles+ At least 8 years' experience in management consulting.-About Business UnitWhat matters to you when you're looking for your next career challenge?Maybe you want to get involved in work that really changes the world?
