He ensures customer satisfaction levels are met both on the commercial aspects and on service quality.As a CPE, you met revenue, operating margin and signing / sale objectives (contract renewal, scope extensions) to deliver the expected growth. The CPE is also responsible for the profitability of his/her territory / account.You implement the business strategy adapted to your clients based on knowledge of its industry and the customer needs. You coordinate with the Delivery Partner Executive the actions to be taken to optimize contract costs.As a partner, you are the leader of the relationship between the company and the client, the driver behind the commercial strategy and you interact with all the CXOs at client account.Customer satisfaction is at the heart of your daily concerns and you ensure the continuous improvement of the services delivered through effective governance and objectives shared with your correspondents at the customer.You are responsible for supporting digital account transformation projects by being a source of proposals in the field of innovation and by relying on the company's value offers.Your future responsibilities:+ Manage the profitability of your contracts in line with the given objectives+ Work in Agile mode in close collaboration with the Delivery teams and all members of the project office that you lead according to the business strategy to achieve the objectives of revenue, profitability, service levels and indicators.+ Coordination of the engagement and sales teams of which you are a part+ Contract negotiation and respect of contractual commitments+ Expand the ecosystem by making the best use of existing partnerships and developing new ones in your territory+ Develop your account plan and relational coverage with decision-makers at your client enterprise within the framework of contracts both for France and internationally+ Ensure the proper compliance of contracts with business conduct rules and key business processes+ As part of business development, identify new opportunities and manage them end to end with sales forces at your disposalPunctual travels in France are to be expected.#CICFR21Required Technical and Professional Expertise+ +2 years of experience in the sale of infrastructure services and contract management in France+ Experience in contract negotiation and development of commercial proposals+ Fluent French+ Fluent EnglishPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ Experience in profitability management*Knowledge of the industrial sectors of his/her future customers+ Experience in business development, management of business opportunities+ Experience in Team Management+ Knowledge of the world of IT, production, infrastructure and a good understanding of the challenges of an IT department and its commitments to the businesses+ Understanding of the challenges and levers of a company's digital transformation+ Understanding of cloud environments and move to cloud strategies based on the open technical environment.About Business UnitAt Global Technology Services (GTS), we help our clients envision the future by offering end-to-end IT and technology support services, supported by an unmatched global delivery network.
