You are the primary contact point for client needs and expectations regarding operations of the assigned IBM team and its partners, insuring proper execution of day-to-day IT operations and the delivery of business and technical projects.Leader of the Delivery teams, either with direct or functional management responsibilities, you control service quality, costs and technology transformation.You are responsible for supporting technology transformation projects of the accounts and propose innovation expansion projects by relying on the company's offering portfolio.You are responsible for meeting customer needs in IT infrastructure services and is a go-between contract governance teams, technical teams, suppliers and subcontractors.Your future responsibilities:+ Insure proper execution of day-to-day IT operations and the delivery of technical transformation projects+ Develop relationship with decision-makers at client's premises within the framework of local and international contracts, and increase client satisfaction through commercial aspects as well as service quality+ Manage contracts profit margin in line with given objectives, through cost control+ Work in Agile mode in close collaboration with Delivery teams and all of the governance members associated with the contract that you coordinate in a consistent manner with your technology strategy to achieve profitability objectives, service level agreements (SLA) and through the monitoring of the main operational indicators (or KPIs -Key Process Indicators)+ Coordinate the delivery teams (of which you belong)+ Respect contractual commitments+ Manage subcontractors and service providers by making the best use of existing partnerships and by developing new ones+ Ensure proper compliance of the contract with the rules of business conduct, IT security and key business processes+ As part of transformation activities, identify new transformation opportunities and manage them from end to end in coordination with sales forces.Punctual travels in France are to be expected.#CICFR21Required Technical and Professional Expertise+ +2years of experience in the field of infrastructure Delivery services and management of outsourcing contracts in France and internationally+ Project management methodology, conflicts and priorities management+ Ability to negotiate, to communicate and to adapt to multi-environment customer+ Fluent French+ Fluent EnglishPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ Excellent knowledge of the world of IT, production, infrastructure and a good understanding of the challenges of an IT department and its commitments to the customer business lines+ Understanding of the challenges and levers of the technology transformation of a company+ Team management or project management experience, face-to-face or in a virtual team+ Solid experience in cost management+ Experience in managing an ecosystem, relationships with technology and commercial partners as well as support functions+ Good understanding of cloud environments and move to cloud strategies based on the open world, and the contributions of Artificial Intelligence and corresponding solutions+ Strong appetite for technology watchAbout Business UnitAt Global Technology Services (GTS), we help our clients envision the future by offering end-to-end IT and technology support services, supported by an unmatched global delivery network.
