Executive Accelerators Salesforce Functional Analysts will support technology projects across Executive Accelerators and help us provide solutions to our unique challenges and opportunities.

Work you'll do

As an Executive Accelerators Salesforce Functional Analyst, you will be an integral member of our Executive Accelerators Technology team and will support an array of Salesforce projects. The role is project-based where you may be supporting various projects simultaneously and will gain exposure to leadership across the firm.

The Executive Accelerators Salesforce Functional Analyst will:

• Support the evolution and execution of Executive Accelerators strategy through involvement in strategic Salesforce projects
• Facilitate customized solutions within Salesforce platform to support critical new business functions and meet project objectives and client requirements
• Interact with stakeholders and gather capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces & customized solutions
• Document application design, meeting outcomes and communicate solutions to project teams on stakeholder buy-in
• Conduct functional application testing of new features and bug fixes
• Coordinate internal communication to help meet project timeline and scope
• Interact with onshore/offshore Salesforce team to resolve application defects for successful solution implementation
• Facilitate scoping, requirement, design and testing activities throughout the project development life cycle
• Document application change management and issues tracking activities
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, support system and data validation
• Perform data cleanup, application analysis and other Salesforce related tasks

• Bachelors' degree with 3.5 GPA or higher required
• 1+ year of relevant work experience
• Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, as well as part of a team
• Detail oriented with strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Knowledge of agile project management with work experience a plus
• Ability to manage several projects of varying complexity at one time
• Broad knowledge of Deloitte businesses preferred
• Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship building skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business environment
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables with shifting deadlines
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
• Baseline knowledge of Salesforce standard capabilities is a plus
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus
• Travel up to 10% (While 10% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
