Work you'll do

Market Analysis

• Conduct proxy statement studies and analyses of other publicly available data sources

• Benchmark, review, and design annual incentive plans and long-term incentive plan design and practice

• Conduct statistical analyses of compensation and financial data

• Model financial impact of compensation plans

• Conduct performance metrics studies

• Monitor executive and other compensation trends

Presentations and Business Development

• Prepare client reports including all exhibits and summaries

• Participate in marketing initiatives including writing proposals

• Research and speech preparation for internal and external presentation

Other

• Potential to participate in broader Total Rewards projects including employee benefits, retirement and healthcare

Our consultants come from global compensation and benefits, equity and employment tax backgrounds and work with clients to streamline business operations while managing the scalability, risks, and costs of programs. Qualifications

Required

• 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Global Equity and/or Executive Compensation

• Bachelor's degree

• Basic knowledge of accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements related to compensation

• Travel up to 10% (while 10% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

• At least one of the following Accreditations or agreement to complete one of the following:

o Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office

o Licensed Attorney

o Enrolled Agent

o Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR)

o Certified Equity Professional (CEP)

o Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)

o Certified Pension Consultant (CPC)

o Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)

o Project Management Professional (PMP)

• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

• Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP)

• Certified Equity Professional (CEP)

• Global experience (foreign language skills, lived/studied abroad, strong cultural awareness)

• Strong technology skills including Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, QlikView, and Tableau

• Strong analytical, consultative, quantitative, and project management skills

• Strong communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills

• Attention to detail with a focus on quality; and deadline and results-driven

• Capable of working within large, complex engagements and able to work efficiently and with a sense of urgency

• An aptitude for working as part of a global team with diverse members

• Leadership skills in managing client relationships and the ability to develop customized solutions to meet client needs with the ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage assignments in a team environment
