The COG Transformation Executive is accountable for supporting the delivery of Chubb’s future state target organizational models and executable roadmaps across. They will be responsible for promoting transformational thinking to enable the organization to transform through digitization and automation, leveraging evolving technologies (e.g. Intelligent Process Automation, deep machine learning, artificial intelligence).


This senior role has accountability for identifying and delivering operational efficiencies and compliant solutions through a combination of re-organization, re-engineering and automation. They will support regional delivery teams in the transformation across Chubb’s business segments and functions.

The COG Transformation executive is responsible for supporting the new operating and organizational models are scalable, resilient and sustainable in order to improve customer experience, service performance, and business efficiency.

This role reports to the COG SVP, Transformation. The role holder will act as a key liaison between Chubb Overseas General (COG), regional business leaders, technology, the Center of Competence (CoC), system integrators (SI) and partners by planning, conducting and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved through business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive support and leadership and:

  • Own the Roadmap and influence senior leaders to set and achieve goals
  • Drive scalable Operating Model, Process, and Automation initiatives
  • Develop learning plans to elevate regional teams to higher levels of maturity and effectiveness
  • Identifying areas for improvement, developing improvement plans and working with individuals and teams to implement those improvements
  • Leverage change management principles, processes and tools to focus on driving financial and operational results for the firm, leading communication, training and measuring effectiveness to enhance organization, group or individual performance
  • Lead creative problem solving.
  • Process Automation: Work with the business and service operations leaders to develop the process automation pipeline, prioritize, and drive execution.
  • Process Engineering: Work closely with the respective teams to deliver Lean Process Improvement and Discovery
  • Execution: Work in partnership with the regional teams to deliver medium to large scale business workstreams and projects, tracking execution, portfolio, and reporting status.
