The Senior Corporate Executive Recruiter sources, interviews and presents diverse talent to Stryker Executives. The Search Partner will be accountable for understanding the business strategies, aligned talent strategies and turning those strategies into actionable sourcing and recruiting plans. Will bring robust market knowledge, sourcing and assessment skills, to drive optimal sourcing and talent decisions with the goal of building leadership bench strength and driving succession capability. The primary scope of this position is exempt roles, Director+, for a complete group.

Accountability from search kick-off to candidate hire, tracking milestones and timelines across search.
Analyzing and communicating search risks and issues and adjusting search plans to ensure successful search delivery.
Development and execution of sourcing strategies and a market intelligence narrative that will result in a slate of executive level talent. This includes directly sourcing candidates, assessing fit, and influencing through written and verbal communication.
Utilize an innovative and forward-thinking approach that continuously strives to elevate function and connectivity across the organization.
Build strategic and equitable search strategies that address underrepresented, function critical, and skilled talent.
Provide counsel to hiring managers during assessment and evaluation of candidates and act as the primary negotiator and closer of selected candidates.
Champion an outstanding process experience for candidates and our business partners.
Collaborate effectively across the organization to continuously earn trust and establish strong relationships across all stakeholder groups.
Conduct proactive talent pipelining and sourcing initiatives leveraging industry expertise, relationships, and secondary research.
Consult with and advise internal company executives on key industry talent trends and best practices.

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of seven ) years of full life cycle executive recruitment including research, candidate development and recruiting experience in either a retained search firm, agency and/or corporate recruitment environment required; experience in both a corporate environment and a search firm is preferred.
Experience advising senior leaders on talent and hiring decisions.
Experience managing an executive search process and adhering to best operational metrics.
Track record of developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies that result in identification and delivery of high caliber, senior stakeholder level, executives required.
Demonstrated ability to recruit diverse individuals and ability to negotiate and consult on complex compensation packages is required.
Understanding of legal issues that impact executive recruiting activities.
Ability to translate a business strategy into an actionable recruiting strategy required.
