We are looking for high performing sales professionals to join our inside sales team! We are expanding our reach beyond our current wireline sales territory to expand our services nationally with new state of the art technology to satisfy business customer’s communications needs. Solution includes low cost high speed Internet access with built in redundancy, cutting edge voice solutions with security services for peace of mind and tech support to allow customers to focus on growing their business.

Generating sales helps our business grow and you will help us achieve continued growth by providing exceptional customer service to drive sales. The Inside Sales role is a consultative inside sales position working outbound calling campaigns and assisting customers purchasing online. The focus is acquiring new Verizon revenue.

  • Placing approximately 30-40 calls per day.
  • Identifying opportunities and selling Data, Voice, Security and Tech Support solutions to SMB customers via telephone based selling.
  • Partnering with customers to understand their business, industry, and competition in presenting solutions with a consultative selling approach.
  • Meeting/exceeding revenue objective (and Standards of Performance as reviewed with manager on a monthly/quarterly basis) consisting of customers in small business product set with Data, Voice, Security and Tech Support needs.
  • Exceeding customer expectations by providing a superior customer experience.
  • Handling all continued improvement/ongoing education as it relates to technical, applications, sales and systems training including completing competency tests.
  • Developing and executing an overall client sales strategy/ business plan to achieve Verizon’s client objectives.
  • Nurturing senior executive and board level relationships as required for strategy/business plan delivery.
  • Closely monitoring the sales funnel to ensure focus on key opportunities and close sales.
  • Providing an ‘expert’ level of sales support to the sales organization.
  • Identifying, defining and solving customer needs.
  • Consulting, solutions design, planning and delivery involving: Hosting and distributed server environments, Data and voice based WAN & LAN services, Wireless and mobility service, Security.
  • End-to-end communications and user experience service management.
  • IP based communications and managed services.
  • Out-tasking and outsourcing.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience taking inbound customer calls.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Experience taking inbound customers and making outbound calls to achieve sales.
  • A history of meeting or exceeding sales expectations.
  • Customer service or call center experience.
  • Demonstrated exceptional communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and the demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience using Account Planning and Order Entry systems.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $51,000 and $95,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is a commission based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
