We look for people who have a safety-first mindset, who are collaborative team players, who deliver on their commitments, who are innovators in search of a better way, and who believe in inclusion.Working at Nutrien will provide you an opportunity to help us _Feed the Future,_ and grow your career.Reporting to the Sr Manager, Central Finance & SGA MDM.**What you will do:**+ Work with various stakeholders to ensure Master Data appropriate to support SG&A reporting is maintained+ Ensure continuous improvement type activities such implementing governance processes and working with various teams during the annual budgeting cycle+ Be the finance central point of contact related to SG&A master data used in reporting + Lead the alignment of finance master data by partnering with HR and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy for reporting+ Develop strong cross functional relationships partnering with stakeholders by centralizing SG&A master data in a governed process to facilitate the full cycle of cost management reporting+ Develop, implement and update finance master data management governance protocols and policies by creating process documents, leading, or supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and driving alignment across functional areas+ Maintain the related master data including cost center alignment+ Prepare communications and documentation about the proper use of finance master data to stakeholders+ Partner with various business functions and to align with technology updates and enhancements + Complete ad hoc analysis, projects and initiatives as assigned**What you will bring:**+ Bachelors degree related to finance, mathematics, operations, statistics, actuarial science, agriculture, economics or other data related fields is preferred+ 4-6 years experience in analytics+ Strong understanding of process documentation and belief in the benefits of continuous improvement+ Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills with strong change management leadership+ Experience in finance or finance-related role preferable+ Experience using business analytics to problem solve data-driven questions+ Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills+ Experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large data sets and then using it to draw conclusions+ Experience and knowledge of statistical modeling techniques+ Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities+ Strong project management skills, including the ability to organize and plan use of time and people effectively and efficiently+ Experience conducting data analyses using basic and advancedskills in statistics and database management+ Strong presentation and communication skills+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines and competing priorities+ Aptitude to communicate complex analytic findings and conclusions in an easy to understand way+ Experience with Excel, Word, Visio and Power Point**Compensation & Benefits:**$74,000- $92,500 US annual salary. This range is estimated for Analyst, Finance Data Management role in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week.
