You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.Your Role and Responsibilities:As Package Consultant-Workday Finance Record to Report, you will be responsible for Design, Build and Configure Workday Finance application to meet Clients business process and application requirements.Required Technical and Professional Expertise+ Overall 12+ years of experience in EA applications with 8-10 yrs of Finance domain EA experience.+ Workday Adaptive Planning certification with experience in discovery, design, build experience with end-to-end experience in leading WD Adaptive Planning and Financial implementation and another advanced module in three or more E2E implementations.+ Must Have Skills: Workday Finance Certified Three or more end to end Workday Finance Implementation Experience.+ Minimum of 2+ years of experience working with Adaptive Insights technology in both a design and development capacity+ Minimum of 2 years' experience managing project teams+ Experienced in Financial Budgeting and Planning applications+ Experienced in solving business problems with hands-on coding, database creation, or other type of software development+ Experienced in leading design sessions and commanding a room+ Strong interpersonal communication skills+ Ability to work in a team environment for some tasks while being a self-starter and working independently for others+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills+ Ability to handle and prioritize multiple, simultaneous tasksPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ Experience with Workday/Adaptive Insights and/or other leading Cloud based SaaS EPM Implementations (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle EPM software, etc.)+ Workday Adaptive Insights certification+ Developing Digital solutions (e.g., predictive planning, scenario-based models, ERP, process automation, analytics, and visualizations); ability to develop and execute plans to achieve future state needs (e.g. operating model structure with shared services, COE's, spans and layers etc.).+ Deep functional knowledge around financial planning systems and processesNAAbout Business UnitIBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
