Project Manager-Banking and Finance Operations

If you are ready to help our clients and project teams succeed, we would love to meet you!Your Role and ResponsibilitiesLeads a project team in delivering Cognitive Process Reengineering (CPR) solutions according to project charter or contract. Has overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables. Manages project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements, including IBM and Client employees and 3rd party vendors. Requires experience with PM methodologies as well as knowledge of FSS industries and experience delivering at least one of the following CPR solutions: Risk & Compliance, BlockChain, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Core Insurance, Talent & Experience, Cognitive Automation(Robotics), BPM and Decision Engines.Required Technical and Professional Expertise+ At least 8-10 years of solid background in end to end Project Management experience+ Manages all types of projects ranging from low-level to high-level complexities+ Demonstrates strong understanding of business and systems in a line of business+ Ability to influence and negotiate with senior management and lead project teamsPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ Advanced knowledge of project management practices and concepts+ PMP or Prince 2 Certification is preferred but not required+ Agile/SCRUM/ITIL trained/certified is preferred but not required+ Strong Analytical and problem-solving abilities (IT-related concepts, problems and+ issues)+ Cost Management, Budgeting and Forecasting; creating business cases and reviewing contracts+ Can manage multi-task assignmentsAbout Business UnitIBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
