Finance Transformation Management Development Program (MDP)
The Finance Transformation MDP candidate will play a significant role in developing and delivering strategic initiatives that are sponsored by the Deloitte CFO and the Finance Leadership team. They will work on highly visible initiatives designed to help Finance and Administration (FA) achieve its short and long-term strategic and operational priorities and further the vision and goals of the US Firm Strategy set by Deloitte's CEO.
In this role, you will join the FA Transformation Program Teams and:
- Own the development, build, and modification of Excel models (such as business cases, financial projections, and what-if analyses)
- Collaborate with team members in developing strategic recommendations
- Coordinate and facilitate leadership meetings across all functions and leaders
Qualifications Required:
- Excellent communication skills; both oral and written - role requires the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to various levels of leadership in-person, over the phone, via video conference (VC), and over email
- Ability to develop executive level presentations, with details, logic, and content tailored to the appropriate audience
- Have a proactive work ethic ("self-starter") that also embraces a collaborative ("team-player") approach to project work
- Excellent proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook; proficiency in other applications such as MS Project, IndustryPrint, Access, Excel macros
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US; will not require sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Business-related field (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management) and experience in a Consulting type role
- Tableau proficiency
MDP Eligibility
- Experienced senior consultants through senior managers who are ranked in the top 25% of their peer group
- Demonstrated excellent leadership skills throughout their career within the Deloitte U.S. Firms and have a local practice office partner who will sponsor them for MDP opportunity
