The Finance Transformation group is an internal consulting group that supports the Deloitte CFO in executing strategic initiatives. Some examples of these initiatives include leading the Finance Transformation for global Deloitte firms, optimizing the Finance organizational structure for improved performance, identifying and implementing digital finance solutions, and helping the Deloitte businesses achieve more predictable, profitable growth through transformative tools and processes.

The work you'll do

The Transformation team is looking for a Change Manager to support the design, implementation, and evolution of change strategies and plans to engage, inspire, and motivate people to embrace the significant cultural and behavioral changes that are required to drive the business forward. The Change Manager will work with senior business leaders to understand their needs and address them through executable strategic change initiatives. We are looking for someone with strong change management and communication abilities who excels in creatively managing change within complex organizations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative assessments such as stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments for key stakeholder groups to drive development of data-driven change strategies
  • Develop and manage the execution of fit-for-purpose change management strategies and plans to accelerate ROI of initiatives; collaborate across program and technical teams to remain integrated with broader program plans
  • Develop and manage execution of leadership alignment plans to drive buy-in with changes
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and leadership to develop and drive consistent key program messaging and content
  • Plan, develop, and work with leadership and change networks to deliver communications and creative engagement activities, driving understanding about key changes
  • Measure effectiveness of change interventions and evolve plans as needed to best drive adoption and reduce risk of initiatives
  • Regularly report on activity status to program leadership; work with leadership to escalate and resolve risks and issues


Qualifications and requirements:
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to work with and influence senior leaders
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make connections across workstreams and matrixed organizations
  • Extremely high attention to detail with exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Ability to generate and execute creative ideas related to making communications engaging and distinctive
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to logically structure issues and determine recommended resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team, but also be a self-starter
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity and confidentiality
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
