The team

Our Enterprise Operations as a Service team focuses on design, implementation, and on-going operations and maintenance of Oracle applications and technology. Professionals will have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders.

We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with Oracle application technology solutions. Applications include Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud and related platforms and technologies across the following capabilities:
  • Oracle Financials and Supply Chain functional support and analysis
  • Delivery Management
  • Customer Engagement
  • Business process improvement


  • Minimum 6 years relevant Oracle application technologies
  • Experience in Oracle Financial modules including one or more of the following: Finance Accounting Hub (FAH), Project Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing & Revenue Management
  • Experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud methodology and framework
  • Experience leading teams
  • Knowledge of ITIL methods and tools
  • Travel 25% (While 25% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
  • Limited sponsorship may be available

  • Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud technology (integrations, extensions and reports) and support of Oracle ERP Cloud applications
  • Strong communication skills (presenting status reports)
  • Ability to work in hybrid environment alongside client teams
  • Experience working with offshore teams and coordinating between onshore/offshore activities
  • Technical experience implementing and supporting Oracle applications
  • Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers
