Work you'll do
- Lead day-to-day client delivery and work with client leadership and stakeholders to evaluate current state business processes, identify potential areas for improvement, and propose future state business process designs
- Lead a team in an on-client site environment
- Conduct data analysis, policy guidance, and provide customer support
- Project management and support overall engagement management responsibilities
- Implement customer relationship management software

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
- Familiarity with and understanding of federal procurement functions and supporting business processes and systems
- Project experience in software application development or improvement, data analysis and analytics
- Ability to multi-task, lead workstream operations, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced hybrid environment with team members and stakeholders across the country.
Preferred:
- MBA Or other Advanced Degree
- Experience with Power BI, Flow and Commercial Bank system highly desired
