As an Analyst in our Finance Technology & Innovation group (part of Deloitte Consulting's Cross Consulting Group), you will function as an integrator
between business needs and technology solutions. You will help create strategic solutions to meet clients' business needs while gaining exposure to multiple industries.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Defining Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems strategies
- Developing EPM system requirements
- Designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions
- Supporting system implementations

The Finance & Enterprise Performance Offering works as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions, helping our clients
develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of professional experience
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, mathematics, finance/accounting or related discipline
- 0-1+ years of working experience with some functional knowledge of financial systems, preferably Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools and processes
- Financial analysis skills with a strong understanding of MS Excel (preferably with advanced functions including formulas, charts, macros, VBAs, etc.)
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Travel up to 50% (While 50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
Preferred
- Finance consulting / professional services experience
- Strong Excel modeling skills (FP&A and/or Supply Chain experience strongly preferred)
- Experience or understanding of Anaplan, Hyperion, Cognos TM1, or
OneStream platform
- Exposure to Agile methodology
