This position will be leading the Finance team supporting the Pro-Care Service and G&A functions within Stryker’s Medical Division. This role will be responsible for supporting the organization through monthly close, forecasting, business analytics, financial planning, expense management, and ad-hoc analysis.

What you will do:

  • Develops annual budget and projections then reviews actual results for the Medical Pro-Care Service, and G&A functions (HR, Finance).

  • Manages the activities of entry and/or senior level Financial Analysts to include hiring, training, coaching, and appraising.

  • Develops and communicates analysis to influence needed business changes to improve financial position.

  • Responsible for month-end close activities, such as journal entry approvals, business unit reporting.

  • Ensures proper accounting control procedures and systems are in place.

  • Trains other employees in general accounting guidelines and procedures.

  • Ensures compliance with established Regulatory, Quality, Legal, Corporate, Human Resources policies and procedures.

  • Responsible and accountable for actions promoting an environment that fosters personal growth and development.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business (required) with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance (preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or related finance position.

  • 1+ year of experience leading others (preferred)

  • Advanced experience with planning and reporting tools such as Hyperion, Encompass, Power BI (preferred)

  • 3+ years of experience with consolidated financial statement reporting (preferred)
