The primary responsibilities for the Senior Manager Finance Business Partner will be to support and advise the Consulting organization for acquisitions and global join ventures.

The Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partner organization provides specialized finance-related services in support of the business leaders of the firm.

Job Responsibilities

The Finance Business Partner will also be providing the following finance-related services to help meet the financial demands and needs of their designated business:

• Provide meaningful, actionable insights, advice, and recommendations on historic and the future financial performance to the Business' leadership
• Support the business leader to successfully implement the business strategy
• Advise member firm finance teams on translating their financials to US GAAP
• Explain, present, and analyze the financial performance of the business
• Participate in strategy development and planning, facilitate the long-term financial planning process and develop metrics to monitor the performance against strategic objectives

• Review detailed business case reviews across multiple acquisitions to challenge assumptions and assess impact from a financial and operational standpoint. Requires judgment in how to assess, value and present performance measurement analyses for non-traditional business models. Present key findings and recommendations to senior leaders
• Act as a trusted advisor to the business sponsors, integration teams and other Finance teams for all aspects of finance integration activities, bringing the ability to speak to issues and resolutions

• Deliver timely financial analytics and business counsel to effectively measure business performance against strategic priorities
• Support an efficient and effective planning and forecasting process that produces accurate and achievable plans and forecasts that align with business's strategic objectives
• Support the business in protecting, growing and optimizing the assets of the Firm
• Support initiatives to help the business in achieving its strategic objectives

• Mentor, counsel and coach team members

• Continuously improve FP&A's organizational efficiency and effectiveness by leading internal change initiatives as part of the FP&A team

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related subject
• 10+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a professional services firm
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Reporting and Analysis
• Demonstrated accomplishments in the following areas:
  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • Working with various organization teams and leadership

  • Business process improvement
  • Experience working with offshore and remote teams preferred
  • Formulating and delivering action plans for high profile strategic initiatives
  • Developing innovative solutions to business issues
• Understanding of SAP Analysis for Office, SAP Business Client and other financial applications
• Advanced in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

• CPA or MBA preferred
