What You Will Do:

  • In collaboration with assigned business partners, supports and improves accurate forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Ensures accurate standard costing methodologies are applied and maintained for the manufacturing entity.
  • Responsible for setting the correct set up of standard cost on the annual roll up process.
  • Responsible for monitoring monthly and YTD actual costs and coordinate the necessary changes with the operations team on BOM and Routing changes.
  • Coordinates the preparation of Capital spend requests, submission, and detailed ROI calculation.
  • Calculates monthly depreciation of fixed assets.
  • Provide functional support including system configurations and related processes: A/P, General Accounting, and Intercompany Invoicing.
  • Collaborate to ensure a strong internal control and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Review and management of key BlackLine account reconciliations.
  • Compiles periodic financial statements and prepares and submits appropriate operating reports and/or budgetary input.
  • Month end close process.
  • Other Ad-Hoc reporting as needed.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 4+ years of professional experience
  • 1+ years manufacturing cost experience (preferred)
  • Technical proficiency of ERP, SAP (preferred)
  • Detail-oriented ability to spot trends
