Senior Finance Manager, Strategic Finance

Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis is seeing to recruit a permanent Senior Finance Manager to provide strategic financial analysis and support the Long Term Financial Planning (LTFP) Process.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Integral support of Long-Term Strategic and Financial Planning Process, including:
    • Partnering with cross-function team throughout LTFP and annual Strategic Plan organization
    • Assist with overall Strategic Plan and LTFP timeline and key process steps
    • Develop financial scenarios/models using key financial metrics to assess opportunities for improving the long-term outlook
    • Assist with consolidation of total company financials
    • Financial analysis and prepare financial materials and messaging for presentations to the Leadership Team & Board of Directors
  • Aid in ad hoc and dynamic updates to LTFP based on key internal and external events
  • Delivery of high-quality financial analysis to support strategic initiatives of the Company

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA or CPA is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis is required
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and financial modeling skills with the ability to prioritize workload
  • Ability to deal with complexity and uncertainty while driving teams towards actionable decisions; ability to remain flexible in light of changing market and company dynamics
  • Must have ability to manage multiple tasks, be well organized, and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the proven ability to present to senior management
  • Financial systems experience including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Hyperion and/or TM1 experience a plus
