Embark on a career with genuine impact!  <br><br>Are you ready to make a difference?<br><br>Our Finance team works as a partner to the business, both giving specific advice and helping to ensure an integrated approach to the business. We provide insight, challenge robustly where appropriate and support commercial decisions, as well as taking ownership for and actively managing the financial drivers of value.<br><br>As the Director, U.S. Treasury Finance, you will ensure proper handling of all relevant treasury activities for Sandoz in the U.S; support local operations with the relevant activities and drive Sandoz Group’s global treasury strategy implementation in the appropriate fashion.<br><br>Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<br>•Assure the liquidity of the Sandoz U.S. Group and ensure time effective funding of cash needs<br>•Review cross-border intragroup funding, assess alternatives. and implement agreed upon transactions. •Support the U.S. Tax Team with Insurance and Treasury related transfer price analyses (e.g., interests, guarantee fees)<br>•Support U.S. growth ambitions from a U.S. and global treasury perspective in suggesting optimal U.S. set-up from a funding, funds flow and insurance perspective<br>•Oversee the U.S. Insurance activities and contribute to global strategy <br>•Ensure delivery of relevant U.S. Treasury Reports including short to long-term Cash Forecast <br>•Projects and strategic support to business: 1) M&A, Business Development & Licensing projects support; 2) legal structure consideration; 3) drive treasury related projects<br>•Ensure required up to date documentation for banks, customers, and other relevant external stakeholders<br>•Collaborate with U.S. Financial Reporting & Accounting and Treasury Cash Management (TCM) teams to ensure Finance Core TCM processes are established, maintained, and adhered to.<br><br>[#video#https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5_RZsoOZv5c{#400,300#}#/video#]
