Associate Director, US Oncology Finance (Hybrid)

Position Description:
The FP&A Associate Director will report to the US Oncology FP&A Director. Responsibilities will focus on strategic/operational advisement and financial oversight to the US Oncology portfolio. The Associate Director is expected to develop an understanding of operations across the US Oncology organization. While marketing and commercial background is not essential, a successful candidate will have intrinsic curiosity about the Human Health organization, a passion for learning, and the ability to effectively communicate a financial narrative to operations and finance leadership.
Primary Activities:
Partner with commercial and analytics teams for financial revenue forecasting including pre-launch, post-launch and competitive scenario analyses to assess key business decisions and strategies
Lead business unit FP&A activities (Actuals, Budget, LROP, and other forecasts)
Partner with marketing, sales, operations, market access, HH Digital, Data and Analytics (HHDDA), and other teams to assess business performance and drive growth
Evaluate financial performance and measurement capabilities to provide financial insights, analytics and presentations to senior leaders
Deploy portfolio and investment optimization in support of new launches and existing product lines
Support analyses for business development, investor relations and working capital assessments
Collaborate with other Finance functions (i.e. US Pharma Finance, Customer Contract Management, Order Management Center, US Controllers) to ensure a transparent, seamless support model for the US Oncology organization
Collaborate with Distribution, Operations and Demand Planning functions for demand forecasting and product rationalization
Participate and/or lead special projects and initiatives
Position Qualifications:
Education Minimum Requirement:
BS/BA degree required, preferably in Finance or Accounting
Required Experience and Skills:
Five plus years of business experience, preferably pharmaceutical / healthcare related
At least two years of analytical finance experience with extensive use of Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Management presentation – developed and delivered presentations to company management.
At least two years in a role involving direct support of internal business customers
Master of Business Administration degree
Experience with SAP and financial databases
