You will define the technology direction, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with Finance department’s strategic priorities for the region. You will work together with the Platform and Architecture team and the Technology teams to deliver the appropriate solutions. <br><br>Your additional responsibilities include, but not limited to:<br>•Accountable for the regional end-to-end project delivery and operations for platform, product, and systems following industry best practices and continuous improvement<br>•Execute cutting-edge Finance technology solutions and AI/ML innovation with high focus on impact and scalability<br>•Partner with senior business stakeholders and relevant technology functions for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and funding estimates<br>•Ensure that the product and platform strategy balances the sophisticated needs of the region with cost effective implementation and speed<br>•Run efficient DevOps for platforms, products, or systems ensuring availability and optimal performance <br>•Establish a regional governance structure for projects, operations, etc. with stakeholder representation<br>•Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders in Technology and Region NA<br>•Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness<br><br>[#video#https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5_RZsoOZv5c{#400,300#}#/video#]
