What you’ll be doing...

Global Network & Technology FP&A Team

Move beyond compiling data and help tell the story behind the numbers. The Global Network & Technology FP&A Team position offer opportunities to drive better business partnering and insights, while growing your FP&A leadership and interpersonal skills. You are considered a business partner and your contributions will make a difference. You’ll become involved in, but not limited to expense management and related system design and administration, business case development, monthly expense forecasting and analysis.

• Providing additional research and analysis for the monthly reporting, business plan, commitment view, and best view including recommendations for management reviews.
• Creating draft ad-hoc analyses for business clients.
• Finalizing monthly analyses of business trends and budget variance of financial results and key performance indicators to be used in management reviews and strategic business analysis sessions.
• Conducting initial strategic business analyses, and building the outline and/or update profitability/costing models.
• Leading business cases for small-to-medium sized initiatives across network engineering.
• Communicating with partners in a clear and concise manner.

Where you'll be working...

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or four or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Proficiency in Essbase, Smart View, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Strategic Finance, data analytics tools (Qlik), SAP, or Peoplesoft ERP systems.
• Experience in the technology and/or telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge of corporate financial planning, reporting and analysis, and costing/profitability methodologies and processes.
• Knowledge of common business and cost drivers, financial statement analysis, and deep-dive analysis.
• Great communication skills and ability to focus on the details.
• Prior business case experiences.
