Leidos and the National Security Sector is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to support a client’s operational requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in Hampton, VA for the 363rd Intelligence Support Squadron.

Successful candidates will work well in team environment and will be capable of operating independently with very minimal supervision. Candidates will be expected to effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization. Successful candidate will be able to review processes and internal control measures to ensure compliance with statutes and regulations. Provide budget guidance for reprogramming actions, receipt and use of budgetary resources to prevent Anti-Deficiency Act (ADA) violations. Maintain a tracker for a portfolio consisting of 1,400+ clients, ensuring current account data and business contacts, while identifying new business development opportunities. Be able to brief the Financial Management Committee, consisting of senior leaders, on the status of funds; providing program reviews, which identify and prioritize unfunded requirements monthly. Serve as GTCC agency program coordinator--preventing fraud, waste, and abuse of 250+ individual accounts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4 + years of prior relevant experience . Additional years of experience or education may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Relevant work experience interpreting and analyzing financial data within the DoD Sector , preferably the Air Force .
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of global finance through experience or knowledge in the following Group areas: threat finance, international economics, global money transfer mechanisms, financial data, financial institutions, OCO funding, 3080, 3400, and 3600 funding variances.
• Experience with operational case management.
• Ability brief senior Government and Military Leadership
• Must have a current Secret security clearance and able to obtain a Top-Secret SCI clearance after hiring.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Finance or similar discipline
• Familiar with Air Force Intelligence
• Experience providing finance support to Air Force organizations.
• Current Top Secret SCI clearance
