Capabilities and Requirements Analyst
Description
This position will support the DISA GSM-O II Task Number 07 (TN07) Joint Force Headquarters DODIN. GSM-O II provides network operations and cyber defense support to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) in support of the DoD and COCOMs. The selected candidate shall execute in real time, enable the coordination, integration, and prioritization of Cyberspace capability development efforts to rapidly deliver joint operational projects through integrated project delivery.
Primary Responsibilities
Support the capability requirement function to include identification of gaps and potential solutions using expert knowledge and experience with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process.
Translate operational missions to capability needs, identify capability gaps, and develop the activities and plans to address capability gaps
Assist in coordinating, prioritizing, and enabling capability development across the JFHQ – DODIN Directorates and supporting organizations; rapid procurement and/or delivery of joint products with associated sustainment plans to meet the current and future mission needs; and operate and maintain JFHQ – DODIN’s technical baseline of mission-ready capabilities
Analyze Joint Needs statements and recommend capability requirements and Doctrine, Organizational, Training, Materiel, Personnel, Leadership, Facilities, and Policy (DOTmPLF-P) solutions in order to fulfill capability gaps and optimize capability investments across the DODIN
Support the Joint Architectural and Systems Engineering analysis in order to validate the proposed Command, Control, Communications and Computers (C4) designs can be fully integrated with existing, projected and target Information System (IS) enterprise architectures, and that they facilitate effective communications and authorized exchange of information
Basic Qualifications
Active DoD TS/SCI clearance and eligible for C/I Polygraph
BS degree in a related discipline with 8+ years of applicable combined education and experience; additional related years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
IAM Level II (Security + CE, CAP, GSLC)
Must have a solid knowledge of all four phases of the Joint Training System.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DISA and DoD Networks.
Demonstrated experience briefing Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) leadership.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $97,500.00 - $176,250.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
