Leidos is seeking experienced personnel for our client’s operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Virginia and Maryland area. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the intelligence community and directly contribute to management and analysis of the NCSC mission

Primary Responsibilities: Project Management Support

Develop, implement, and maintain security programs within the Special Security Directorate NCSC. Tasks may include but are not limited to: provide recommendations on personnel security policies, standards, and procedures; draft requirements and implementation guidance; assess security programs to identify and recommend ways to address gaps; prepare for security working groups and interagency forums and provide event coordination; conduct government or contractor developed training classes or learning materials and conduct technical or administrative briefing of government or contractor personnel. Research and analyze IC standards and directives, threat assessments, and technical specification documents to identify and evaluate emerging technologies, solutions, and processes. Conduct briefings with executive stakeholders to assess CI threats, address shortfalls in long-term strategic plans, and recommend innovative solutions

Basic Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with Poly
  • Pan, execute, and manage complex projects leveraging SMEs across multiple interagency working groups within the IC to satisfy the overall objectives of the NCSC
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, analyzing, and evaluating security programs to meet mission requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply wide range of security concepts, principles, and practices to resolve problems and develop guidance documentation across a variety of circumstances and environments.
  • BA degree and 12–15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10–13 years of prior relevant experience, experience can be used in lieu of education.
  • Minimum 5 years in the Intelligence Community

Pay Range:

Pay Range $105,300.00 - $162,000.00 - $218,700.00
