What Will You Do?

Your responsibilities in this role involve performing challenging, substantive legal work, such as:

• Drafting and editing contracts
• Interfacing with the business
• Using our contract management system to process contracts from request to e-signing
• Conducting legal research

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• Must be good with customer service, , detail-oriented and enjoy learning.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Capability and experience to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport and trust within the legal department
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a high-volume practice area managing multiple matters and deadlines
