Business Systems Analyst
Description
Leidos is seeking a Business System Analyst for a technical development program supporting the Sponsor’s Entitlement Programs as well as IDAM /ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes and Digital Policy Management. The Business System Analyst will work with a large team of developers, software engineers and data engineers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements.
- Examines current business procedures and recommends new ones.
- Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts, and writing specifications.
- Improves systems by studying current system practices and IT modification design.
- Recommends controls by identifying problems.
- Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones.
- Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, and recommending change.
- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Support the development, documentation, and execution of system policies
- Works directly with customers to address and resolve operational issues
Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Candidate must have BS degree and 17+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 15 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain. Will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Must be familiar with Entitlement Management processes
- Must have experience with analysis of business processes
- Must have experience with security accreditation process
Pay Range:
Pay Range $142,350.00 - $219,000.00 - $295,650.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
