Leidos is seeking a Business System Analyst for a technical development program supporting the Sponsor’s Entitlement Programs as well as IDAM /ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes and Digital Policy Management. The Business System Analyst will work with a large team of developers, software engineers and data engineers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements.
  • Examines current business procedures and recommends new ones.
  • Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts, and writing specifications.
  • Improves systems by studying current system practices and IT modification design.
  • Recommends controls by identifying problems.
  • Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones.
  • Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, and recommending change.
  • Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Support the development, documentation, and execution of system policies
  • Works directly with customers to address and resolve operational issues


  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Candidate must have BS degree and 17+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 15 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain. Will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Must be familiar with Entitlement Management processes
  • Must have experience with analysis of business processes
  • Must have experience with security accreditation process

Pay Range:

Pay Range $142,350.00 - $219,000.00 - $295,650.00
