Pay Range: $55,000-$68,000
1901 Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a ITSM Coordinator to support a DoD customer. The ITSM Coordinator is primarily responsible is managing Software request tickets within the customer ServiceNow instance. This includes confirming user ticket inputs, confirming software allowability and license availability, and coordination with the Change Management Team where needed. The ITSM Coordinator will perform other IT related tasks as assigned.
• Allocate software licenses and entitlements in ServiceNow
• Perform inventory and reclamation of software licenses
• Document processes as needed for license reconciliation and reclamation
• Assist customer leads with monitoring license usage and recommend appropriate course of action when issues are identified.
• Recommend process updates with a focus on continuous service improvement, including participating in requirements gathering sessions and user acceptance testing for improvement implementation
• Perform regular and ad hoc reporting, analysis, and presentation preparation
• Participate in meetings with contract and client leadership to provide usage data to support their efforts in strategic and budget decision making.
• Other IT related tasks as directed.
- Bachelor degree required or 4 years of experience accepted in lieu of degree (or an Associate's degree and 2 years experience)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products – including Excel pivot tables
- Ability to handle difficult or unexpected situations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to deal with difficulty customers and de-escalated the situation.
- US Citizen
- Must live within a commutable distance from Ft. Meade and is able to report into the office as needed
Clearance Required: Has a DOD SECRET clearance or is able to obtain a DOD SECRET clearance.
- Understanding of the IT Change Management process
- ServiceNow ITSM Suite experience, particularly service catalog
- Security+ Certification
- ITIL v4 certification
- Understand the concept of IT services/products offering

Pay Range:Pay Range $48,100.00 - $86,950.00
