PAE is currently seeking a HR Administrative Assistant to support the all business unit and all portfolios/program as needed. The position will report to the HR Manager of Data/Analytics.

The HR Administrative Assistant is responsible for carrying out several tasks supporting Human Resources (HR) functional areas, including on-boarding, legal compliance, employee engagement, and maintaining employee records. This position handles the day-to-day administration of assigned areas of HR to include department compliance and organization with the proper creation and maintenance of confidential employee personnel files, information and other records.

Essential Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to all HR teams as needed
  • Works on centralized requests such as
  • Perform general administrative duties and other clerical functions (copying, filing, faxing, processing invoices, etc.)
  • Assists HR Manager with various research and/or special projects
  • Coordinate new hire and benefit orientation programs and the creation and distribution of new hire materials, as necessary
  • May assist in preparing other employment-related documents (employment agreements, assignment letters, etc.)
  • Responsible for independent projects, as assigned.
  • Handles WorkDay request in cooperation with BU LOB Admin

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years relevant HR or administrative/support role experience required
  • Associate degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Acute attention to detail required, well-organized & demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple-tasks and achieve desired results within set deadlines.
  • Cooperative attitude with team-oriented disposition with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of people and job functions, including written and verbal communications.
  • Candidate must possess the highest level of work ethics and integrity and exhibit professional etiquette with proven ability to handle confidential information.
  • Must possess a high level of judgment and discretion.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency with time sensitive matters and projects
