Job Summary

Amentum is currently recruiting for professional and self-motivated Management Analyst (Insider Threat) to join our team at the Pentagon,

Arlington, VA to support our Department of the Army, G-3/5/7 Operations Readiness and Mobilization Support contract.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

- Support Division efforts to develop enterprise-wide insider threat training for Army forces, leaders, and Insider Threat

professionals.

- Support the development and/or rewrite of Insider Threat Management Division CONOPS, SOPs, Strategic

Communication Documents, Policies and Doctrine to support Insider Threat efforts within the Army.

- Analyze and provide written recommendations for the Government Lead in support of insider threat studies and

research efforts for monitoring, tracking, and resolving potential threats created by the potential Army insider

threats.

- Gather, evaluate the quality of, and synthesize research article findings; Design research studies for approval;

Utilize existing data and/or propose and utilize original data gathering; and utilize statistical analyses procedures to

meet directed research ends.

- Support the insider threat hub with technical analysis of a variety of data networks and information referred to the

hub to identify indicators of insider threats.

- Conduct site surveys at various locations.


Minimum Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics or related field and at least 10 years of job-related experience or equivalent.

- At least ten (10) years of experience with two (2) years policy experience.

- ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

-Must have the ability to work within Government-provided software packages with emphasis on MS products, for example, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

-Excellent communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required. Position may require travel.

-Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.


Preferred Qualifications

- Practical experience data analytics and data mining/data analysis methods, building and implementing models and records management tools, excellent written and oral communication skills, and experience with a variety of Microsoft tools.

- Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data to present clear and precise recommendations.

- Must be able to clearly articulate analysis through both oral and written communication.

- Always maintain the highest professional appearance and demeanor.

- Ability to interact with Senior Members of the Army Staff, to include the Executive Office of the Headquarters.
