Windows Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Amentum is currently seeking a Windows Systems Analyst to support an IT Managed Services program in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The overall program includes a 500+ work force performing Enterprise IT support, Service Desk, and Telecommunications support across multiple facilities and locations, for classified and unclassified telecommunications and information technology (IT) systems.
You will be a part of a team providing accurate, timely and auditable data while partnering with our business partners to integrate IT into their business strategy.
As a member of the team, you will:
- Support desktop systems as well as OT/IOT equipment in both networked and standalone environments, responding, documenting, and closing tickets as submitted.
- Partner with other IT teams such as corporate cyber security, firewall and proxy teams.
- Possess knowledge and experience of Windows desktop support, including build, install, configure, patch, remediate and troubleshoot Windows machines, peripherals and other computing devices connected.
Minimum Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required; must not possess dual citizenship with any other country other than the United States.
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience OR an Associates Degree and 5 years of experience OR High School Diploma / GED and 8 years of experience.
- Must possess a TOP SECRET (TS) or DOE Q clearance and maintain it for the life of the contract.
- Knowledge and experience with both physical and virtual Windows desktops.
- Ability to provide customer support by phone, email and in-person.
- Ability to work with suppliers.
- Application support.
- Willingness to work on obsolete, non-standard, and standalone equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Linux desktop knowledge.
