Leidos has a job opening for a Government Compliance Analyst, Associate in Reston, VA.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ELP compliance position will be a structured rotational position designed to give the greatest exposure to the many business critical roles within Compliance. This structure is intended to facilitate a solid, well-rounded understanding of Compliance's roles within the business that will be further circulated throughout the business via the future leader's subsequent roles. The various roles align with the organization’s annual business rhythm.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Support development of incurred cost schedules with responsibility to complete specific schedules learning how the schedules are built and how they inter-relate
-Perform unallowable quarterly and annual audits - FAR 31.205 (52 Cost Principles)
-Support adequacy review requests to further understand what’s required to deliver to DCAA
-Support ICS audit by providing audit support for Universe RFIs
-Support ICS audit by working with GC ICS audit team to provide backup documentation for RFIs
-Learn the tools used for reporting in Government Compliance: OBI, Oracle SQL Developer, KNIME, and Toad Data Point
-Use knowledge of GC reporting tools to implement efficiencies to existing reports or processes, such as floor-check report, and ICS audit support documentation retrieval
-Note and catalog tasks that can be automated or efficiency increase through the use of robotic process automation (RPA)
-Research how Data Science concepts can be applied and implemented for the benefit of the GC department. Create presentation documents on concepts that fit and can be implemented for GC.
-Research how Data Science, Cluster-computing, data warehouse, and machine learning platforms and tools such as, Apache Hadoop, Spark, Hive, TensorFlow, Elasticsearch, and H20 can be applied and implemented for the benefit of the GC department. Create presentation documents on concepts that fit and can be implemented for GC.
-Monitor and track GL for costs incurred on expired programs
-Learn the floor-check process
-Work with team to see if efficiencies can be made to the report generation process along with the overall floor-check process
-Use knowledge of GC reporting tools to implement efficiencies to floor-check report

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with a minimum GPA of a 3.0.
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Ability to quickly comprehend processes and learn systems and tools
-Ability to execute data mining and analysis and present those findings to management
-Ability to be accountable and professional while maintaining effective interpersonal (written, verbal and presentation) skills while managing multiple priorities and task
