Management Analyst (Operations Officer)

This position is a Management Analyst (Operations Officer) supporting a Product Manager (PdM) from Product Lead, Common Tactical Truck (CTT), Program Executive Office Combat Support and Combat Service Support (PEO CS&CSS.)

Primary duties include:

  • Execute all regular transaction processes necessary to maintain operations, records, and databases for the Product team.

  • Coordinate and organize a wide variety of acquisition related meetings (including calendar management).

  • Manage and coordinate internal and external program requirements (taskers) across the product office, higher headquarters, and external organizations.

  • Coordinate and staff documents, to include Milestone and Material Release documents.

  • Organize and run organizational events.

  • Provide other operations and administrative support for the Product office as needed.

Clearance: Applicants are required to hold and maintain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years familiarity with Operations, Administration, or Project Management preferably in a Government Acquisition program.

5+ years of experience with military operations and acquisitions management, Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with military operations and acquisitions management, or 10+ years of experience with military operations and acquisitions management in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

7+ years familiarity with Operations, Administration, or Project Management preferably in a Government Acquisition program.

Associate's degree and 10+ years of experience with military operations and acquisitions management, Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience with military operations and acquisitions management, or 15+ years of experience with military operations and acquisitions management in lieu of a degree.
