Amentum is seeking a Training & Instruction Specialist join our team in West Palm Beach, FL to support the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) mission. As a member of the team you will coordinate training programs and assist with assessment of training needs for the program and determine solutions. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Implements customer requirements and appropriate training processes and protocols for assigned area.

  • Ensures accuracy and completion of individual and associated team assignments and tasks.

  • Develops and reviews all assigned personnel training reports, verifying content and compliance.

  • Serves as point-of-contact for multiple sites on program/contract training activities.

  • Monitors the training requirements of personnel during mobilization and transition in fulfillment of contract requirements.

  • Ensures compliance with federal and local government training reporting requirements.

  • Compiles, verifies, and submits training records and documents to proper level of management.

  • Works with multi-functional team to identify training deficiencies and recommend various approaches for resolution of outstanding training issues.

  • Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and other practices set forth by senior management.

  • Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • At least two years of experience developing training curriculum for DoD programs.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
