Contractor Administrator 1
Amentum is currently searching for a junior level Contract Administrator to work remotely or in our Aiken SC office. This position will be responsible for:
- Administer affiliate agreements and affiliate transfer orders in a timely manner
- Ensure complete and accurate files in accordance with the procedures are maintained for each transfer order
- Escalate potential issues to Management
- Daily status reporting on active transfer requests
- Approval and processing of invoices
- Perform FAR compliant price analysis for each affiliate transfer
- Resolution of concerns or issues assoicated with the affilaite transfers
- Identify and implement process/procedure improvements.
The position is a non-exmept Salaried position with a work schedule of five days per week 8 hours per day with some overtime expected based on organizational needs.
Minimum Requirements
US Citizenship
Bacholors Degree
1 year minimum of relevant contract administration experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with affiliate companies and affilaite transfer requirements in a FAR environment
- Previous experience in fast pace, mulit-tasking position with mulitple organizational interfaces
