IT Walk Up Service Concierge
Amentum is currently seeking an IT Walk Up Service Concierge to support an IT Managed Services program in Livermore, California. The overall program includes a 500+ work force performing Enterprise IT support, Service Desk, and Telecommunications support across multiple facilities and locations, for classified and unclassified telecommunications and information technology (IT) systems.
You will be a part of a team that provides support to users through phone, email, web, and in-person channels in the areas of e-mail, directories, computer operating systems, desktop applications for all types of computer systems, and applications developed or deployed under this contract.
As a member of the team, you will:
Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software, all types of computer systems (PC and Mac), and printer problems.
Provide in person support to help coordinate and direct customers to the appropriate support group.
Ensure incidents or requests raised by customers are logged and addressed based on their actual time spent in the store.
Provide easy solutions to customers to deflect lower tiered support from the CSU and Mobility technicians.
Ensure incidents and request tickets are created and resolved in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the technicians in the Walk Up Store to learn new IT concepts and support skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a High School Degree/ GED and 2 years of experience.
Must be able to obtain a TOP SECRET (TS) or DOE Q clearance and maintain it for the life of the contract.
Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
2 years of IT support or customer service in a technical field.
