Sr. System Administrator
Amentum is currently seeking a Sr. System Administrator to support our Legacy Management Contract in Morgantown, WV.
Duties and responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing Certificate services. Internal and External
- Support enterprise programs and applications to include Windows Terminal Services and Remote Desktop, MS Cluster Services, McAfee ePO Server, Outlook, Internet Information Server, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and various scripting languages including PowerShell and VB Script
- Maintain, secure, patch, and deploy operating systems including but not limited to Windows Server 2012R2/2016/2019, ESX v6.5 (minimum)
- Working with vendors and their support representatives to troubleshoot and resolve issues or hardware failures.
- Generate and execute implementation and roll-out plans.
- Generate and execute test plans and test procedures.
- Test execution of build to confirm fit for purpose.
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS +7 years of experience -- OR-- MA/MS +5 years of experience in IT, Cybersecurity, or related engineering or science field --OR -- Additional experience and certifications will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience managing PKI certificates
- Experience installing and configuring hardware and software
- Understanding of current and emerging technologies
- Demonstrated ability of oral and written communications-
