Job Summary

Amentum is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in our Tinian, Northern Mariana Islands location. Individual must be a US Citizen currently residing in this location.

Excellent communication, time management, and detail-oriented skills required for overseeing and processing IT equipment orders across multiple projects for shipment to over 250 sites worldwide. You'll connect with our customers and team members domestically and overseas via email or Microsoft Teams, providing updates on order status, shipping information/notifications, and following through to receipt confirmation. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will be used for briefing the customer and stakeholders on the status of IT orders and shipments. Additionally, your attention to detail and time management will be vital for ensuring project shipping timelines are met and on track.

Responsibilities:
This role executes restricted components of technical supply management work relating to depot, local, or other supply operations (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization).
Work with program personnel to move orders through the systems (DMS and ILMS) and supply chain warehouse workflow efficiently and expeditiously
Populate and maintain projects/orders in the Deployment Management System (DMS)
Heavy data entry for multiple projects
Works closely with the warehouse team to prioritize and organize shipments in compliance with shipment schedules or the priorities of department supervisors
Work directly with program personnel and customer when items need to be addressed
Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Travel Coordinator or an Administrative Assistant for a large program team in a classified environment
  • Due to the nature of the work, must be a U.S. citizen. Must currently reside in the local area of Tinian.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a T-1.
