Job Summary

Amentum is currently recruiting for a Senior Program Analyst (Operations Research/Systems Analysis (ORSA)) to join our team at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA to support our customer, PM-G-3/5/7 Operations Readiness and Mobilization Support.

What you'll do:

Conduct research and conduct organizational studies and evaluations.
Develop, design, formulate, execute, coordinate, perform and document a broad range of analyses involving current and projected pricing, production, supply and distribution patterns, conditions and problems pertaining to military studies to meaningful conclusions.
Perform analyses through parametric knowledge of subject studies and related projects.
Identify specific research areas that merit investigation, develop new hypotheses and approaches for studies, and evaluate the feasibility of such endeavors. Initiate, formulate, plan, execute and controls studies, which are designed for the purpose of identifying, analyzing, and reporting on energy-related issues.
This is a full‐time position, Monday through Friday.

Minimum Requirements

Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
Master’s degree (Operations Research, Mathematics or Computer Sciences preferred) and Ten (10) years’ experience OR Bachelors degree and 15 years military experience OR Bachelors degree and 5 years HQDA G-3/5/7 or HQDA G-8 FD PWS task related experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products to include but not limited to Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint and Exchange.
Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data in order to present clear and precise recommendations.
Must be able to clearly articulate analysis through both oral and written communication.
Ability to maintain the highest professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to interact with Senior Members of the Army Staff, to include the Executive Office of the Headquarters.
Must be mission-oriented to support the fast-paced, critical environment of the Army Headquarters.
Detail-oriented with technical, verbal, and written communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

HQDA staff time experience.
Pentagon or Senior Staff experience.
