Site Supervisor (Night Shift)
This is full time position managing night shift requirements at an assigned customer building. The Site Supervisor will work a flexible schedule providing coverage to ensure oversight throughout night shift operations. Availability for occasional weekend hours is required. The Site Supervisor:
- Will lead by example and enforce compliance with customer and company work standards, policies and procedures
- Will support Security requirements and fill in as Site Supervisor as needed
- Will act as the on site managerial authority of their site and make real time performance and operational decisions
- Will serve as the point of contact for call-outs and questions for their assigned site.
- Establishes effective relationships and communications, both internally and externally, with persons of all backgrounds and organizational levels
- Accepts responsibility for his/her own performance and demonstrates the capability to assist other team members in reaching success within the organization
- Contributes to building a positive team environment
- Mentors, coaches and trains new members of the team to meet or exceed program standards
- Tracks timesheets, facilitates clock in/out of employees and monitors attendance of assigned personnel
- Prepares accurate, detailed, and timely reports
- Enforces workplace security policies, procedures, and uniform standards
- Executes guard mount briefings with clarity and command of the subject matter
- Possesses and demonstrates a positive approach toward achieving outstanding customer satisfaction
- Constantly seeks ways to improve and promote quality with existing and/or future innovations
- Displays ability and willingness to make decisions and offer guidance in real time
- Exhibits sound and accurate judgment
- Focuses on resolving conflict, providing performance feedback, recommending and executing corrective action
- Report in real time to assigned Area Manager.
Required Experience:
Must hold a TS/SCI clearance at the time of application
Must possess High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to maintain a Top Secret clearance- all offers will be contingent on possession of the necessary security clearance
Ability to walk and stand for a minimum of 8 hours per day, for prolonged periods of two or more hours at a time
Possess the visual acuity to observe the activities of other individuals from a moderate distance
Must successfully complete DCJS training within 90 days of hire
Must possess excellent customer service skills
Must possess excellent oral and written communications skills.
Must have scheduling experience, or other demonstrated experience coordinating employee resources to meet customer coverage requirements
Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and web based tools
Experience managing off-site locations preferred
Must have 6 months of experience providing security to individuals or facilities preferred
Experience managing individuals preferred
