Amentum is seeking a Program Manager in Washington, D.C. to support an upcoming Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Directorate for Analysis (DI), Analytic Development Office (ADO). This program is modernizing defense all-source intelligence analysis through the development and implementation of advanced analytic methods, and will accomplish this primarily by developing modernized analytic workflows concurrently with intelligence analysts to allow minimal disruptions to current analytic output which allows the analyst to “modernize in place.”


Essential Duties:

  • Serve as the Government’s main point of contact and provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the task order (TO).
  • Monitor task progress and ensure tasks will be completed on time and, if necessary, coordinate with the requester for additional time or clarity.
  • Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the TO to include both technical issues and business processes. Execute the requirements of the TO.
  • Meets weekly with the government to discuss activities, identify resource issues, and clarify priorities.
  • Provides monthly status reports, monitoring the quality assurance, progress/status reporting and program reviews applied to the TO.
  • Make decisions in response to Government issues, concerns, or problems.
  • Readily available to respond to Government questions, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be a U.S citizen.
  • Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelors degree preferred and 10 years of job related experience or equivalent.
    • Two (2) years of experience in business or related field may be substituted for each of the four (4) years of college.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills are required. Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications are required.
  • Extensive travel may be required.
  • Knowledge of various computer skills desirable (ex: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
