Job Summary

Purpose: Responsible Manager for Wholesale Supply Operations (to include Accountability, UIC management, and CRSP). Primary Point of Contact (POC) for direct correspondence with Accountable Office (AO); monitors, inventory, and verifies all data pertaining to Logistic Information Management Systems (LIMS) that reports Army Prepositioned Stocks – 2 (APS-2) MTOE equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to fulfill each essential duty satisfactorily.

  1. Generate detailed reports from GCSS-Army, Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) and Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS).
  2. Able to correspond with AO and provide detailed analysis to the AO for informed decision-making process.
  3. Able to accurately process Inventory Adjustment Reports (IARs) for review, submittal and approval.
  4. Coordinates between other outside Contractors and the Government in the fielding of new equipment to the APS-2 stock.
  5. Able to write and understand External and Internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  6. Ensure 100 percent accountability of all assigned APS-2 equipment, equipment is on-hand and reflected accurately in the relevant LIMS.
  7. Ensure the accurate reporting of all assigned APS-2 equipment in the relevant LIMS.
  8. Responsible to ensure all APS-2 equipment and is brought to record within timeframes and identifies frustrated items entering the APS-2 stock.
  9. Responsible to ensure all equipment that enters APS-2 CRSP is brought to record within 24 hours for sensitive items and 72 hours for items other than sensitive.
  10. Responsible to ensure that all scheduled inventories for APS-2 equipment are conducted, and ensures all data entered during inventories is accurate in the relevant LIMS.
  11. Conducts item research using GCSS-A, AWRDS, LMP, and Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) to include frustrated items.
  12. Corrects errors in paperwork and/or relevant LIMS data and reports all errors promptly to Supply Manager.
  13. Conducts inventories and performs quality checks on ELIDs and serial numbers.
  14. Ensures all personnel understand and follow all Company and Government policies, procedures, and directives.
  15. Ensure all personnel follow all Safety directives for APS-2.
  16. Able to interact professionally with PM, COO, GM and other managers in decision making and strategic planning.
  17. Maintain daily timesheets and daily manning reports ensuring correct times are accurate.
  18. Responsible for developing and maintaining metrics for their department that accurately reflect performance

Minimum Requirements

Qualification & Experience Requirements: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

  • Minimum of 10 years of related work experience with a minimum of 5 years of Manager Responsibilities. Prior military experience is a plus. Excellent computer, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required. Computer skills include a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Considered an expert in the following LIM systems: GSSC-Army, AWRDS, LMP, and LIW
  • Current certifications on GSSC-Army
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Must be able to meet and maintain all base access security requirements.
  • Must be able to meet and maintain all LIMS access requirements (Common Access Card).
  • Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Passport
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
