Program Support Manager
The Program Support Manager is a key member of the Oasis Program Management Office, supporting the strategic management of the Oasis program. The position is responsible for the oversight of several key service areas across the program including the Service Support Centre, On-Site Services, IT and Logistics, working cohesively with teams to develop and implement strategic process improvements, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
The Program Support Manager must have excellent management, organizational and communication skills in relation to identifying operational inconsistencies that cause delays in day-to-day processes.
Responsibilities/Duties
Build strong internal relationships with program leadership and serve as a trusted advisor to the PMO and Functional Area Managers (FAMs).
Evaluate the SSC, OSS, IT and Logistics team's service delivery, identifying strengths, problems, and areas for development.
Support the identified functional areas to create strategic development plans.
Provide support in the execution of the asset management program including program development, implementation, department alignment and review.
Provide support to the Program Manager as necessary, acting as a backup when required and a key point of contact for the customer.
Ensure consistent coordination of policy, procedural compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives across the SSC, OSS, IT and Logistics.
Asses major program and departmental risks and issues through routine review and effective contingency planning.
Promote continual best practices, source new system potential and opportunities for innovation across SSC, OSS, IT and Logistics.
Ensure regular and comprehensive reviews of program performance are undertaken, identifying areas for improvement and communicating outcomes across all departments.
Ensure compliance with all site's environmental health and safety requirements.
Any other reasonable duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Essential
- Undergraduate Degree or,
- Equivalent demonstrated experience

EXPERIENCE – Minimum Essential
- 4 – 6 years – experience in management and leadership with a broad technical understanding of programs of similar size and complexity. High-level communication skills, detail orientation and the preparation of communications are critical to successful performance.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT
It is a condition of employment that employees obtain and retain the appropriate level of security clearance and medical clearance applicable to each role. The employee will require a Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) Department of Defence Security Clearance (Australian) or TS/SCI (U.S.) clearance.
