Veteran Commissioned Officer (All military branches may apply)
America's Navy is currently searching for talented and experienced commissioned officers from all military branches to lead and fill the ranks of the Navy Reserve. In most cases, you will be able to keep the rank and designator in which you separated. If your previous designator is not accepting applications, you may be eligible to change career paths and learn a new trade. There are many benefits to joining the reserves. For only working 1 weekend a month and 2 weeks a year you qualify for:
- BONUSES UP TO $12,000 (must check eligibility)
- RETIREMENT (collect at age 60)
- MEDICAL AND DENTAL ($48.47/individual, $239.69/family (monthly))
- WEEKEND PAY (roughly $800-$1200 depending on rank
- BONUS (may qualify from up to $12,000 sign on bonus)
- RESERVE GI BILL (worth over $11,000)
- 401K CONTRIBUTIONS (Take your bonus and monthly drill pay and start/resume contributing towards retirement)
- VACATION (Spend 2 weeks away from your everyday normal life here to work side by side with Active Duty Sailors in California, Virginia, Hawaii, Mississippi, Florida, Japan, Spain... The list can go on and on... Transportation, food, lodging all provided AND you get paid for it! (This will be your 2 week Annual Training)
Our Recruiting Area covers parts of Southern GA and Northern Florida. Drilling locations available are Jacksonville, FL, Orlando, FL, Tampa, FL and Tallahassee, FL. If you live outside 50 miles from the drill center, you will receive free lodging and meals.
This position requires an military enlistment into the United States Navy Reserve.
Job Types: Contract, Part-time
Salary: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per month
Expected hours: 4 – 16hrs one weekend a month
