Overview:

The Matrixed Capture Manager (CM) provides direction and oversight on developing and executing business capture. The CM is in charge of developing capture solutions that will be used to provide effective customer solutions. The CM is accountable for ensuring the development and implementation of capture processes and leading matrixed capture teams to achieve management defined company growth objectives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Overseeing matrixed capture teams composed of SMEs, technical writers, functional and administration personnel during the execution of the proposal capture process. On smaller efforts, acting as proposal manager to ensure that all of the company's proposals are fully executed from start to finish by coordinating the proposal process and preparing the actual proposals. Generating proposal win strategies by understanding each targets business requirements, objectives and goals and creating a plan to achieve them. Operating in coordination with NGDS Business Acquisition Process (BAP) guidelines and approvals. Providing data input and producing reports to/from the Customer Resource Management (CRM) system (currently Work Bench International, forecasted to be Sales Force) and ensuring information is available for management reviews. Coordinating with business teams to create new capture strategies. Assisting in the creation of communications and sales presentations. Aiding in developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty with the capture process. Participating in networking, industry, and corporate events as assigned. Researching market and industry trends. Conform fully with Company Business Ethics standards. Operates under the oversight of the Senior Director of Business Operations and Development. Supervisory responsibilities: Matrixed personnel during capture processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education Level:
Bachelors of Science or Business Administration, MBA/Masters preferred. Strategic Planning and Management training desired.

Experience:
At least ten years experience managing business development and strategy in the defense and/or commercial industries. A minimum of five years experience working in the Middle East.

Specific knowledge, skill, ability, requirements:
Excellent leadership and organizational skills, ability to manage complex projects and changing requirements. Strong proactive project management and leadership skills, the ability to lead, manage, and direct teams and projects effectively in alignment with long-term and overall company objectives. Fluency in English; proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Visio, Adobe Pro, and CRM software required. Saudi Arabian national preferred. Must possess a driving license.
