We are currently recruiting for a Quality Coordinator.

Purpose and Scope:

The Quality Coordinator will be required to manage the Administrative Quality requirements for their respective project. This will include the checking, and collation of Quality records that are required for progressive submission as per contractual requirements. In general, the Quality Coordinator will provide overall support to the Quality and Project Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Quality support and advice for the correct management of Quality records within the project.

  • Ensure that the correct guidance is being followed to plan Quality records, monitor templates that are being created to plan the submission of quality records to ensure that they are being correctly planned.

  • Provide advice and support to the Project Teams and supply chain to understand the requirements and plan in accordance.

  • Provide administrative support for on-site Quality inspections/requirements.

  • Review Lifetime Quality records as they are received against the agreed submission list to ensure what has been received is correct by liaising with the Quality Team. Review the records to ensure they meet Quality Assurance requirements for submission into the client’s Document Control system.

  • Must have expert knowledge of applicable Microsoft Office software and have the ability to learn and utilize various scanning and CD-ROM programs.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Secondary School or equivalent.

Record management experience (preferred but not essential),

Experience working in a group environment, working either independently or under minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills; expert knowledge of applicable Microsoft Office Software, have the ability to learn and utilize various scanning and CD-ROM programs, and have strong organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.

We need all candidates to ideally be Security Cleared (SC) or have no issue in obtaining SC.
